I have a YA Lit summer class that requires me to read 15 books in 4 weeks… Yes, I said 15 books in 4 weeks. We got a list of categories and options and my tentative selections are as follows:

I got the list of options and got started immediately. Sleeping Giants & SWEET are already checked off the list! A few of these are re-reads, and I’m really excited about all of them!

That’s a LOT of reading in 4 weeks! But you’ve made some awesome choices. This might be a stupid question, but can you do audio books? I highly recommend the audio book of The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian by Sherman Alexie. Alexie reads it himself and it’s just phenomenal. One of my all-time favorite books.
Yes, I can!! I’ve had the LOTR books on audio for years because they’re amazing in that medium, so I’ll definitely try Alexie that way. Thanks so much for the suggestion!!
Holy cow! 15 books in four weeks! I suppose that could do done – I mean, a class calls for what, 3 hour of ‘studying’ per week per credit, right? So I guess they’re assuming 36 hours of reading in those four weeks (assuming of course your class is 3 credits..). That… might be doable for that many books. xD Either way, it sounds like fun homework to me, especially with all those good books in there!! Hope you get it all done and like all your books!
